Owner resolved issue quickly once he was notified. If you don't receive your order in the time frame expected just make sure you contact them. They did everything they could to get product to me ASAP when they knew.

I use R&K for my business. Had delivery issues at first. Emailed customer services and they rectified without problem. Deliveries now always on time. Product always good, the one time I had a faulty can of Nitro it was replaced within 24hrs. Highly recommend.

Bought a microplane snap in handle rasp with 2 blades on the 3rd december 2020. Got confirmation of order email straight away, stating I would be emailed once posted. The item stated it would be dispatched next day. Its now the 21st december, I have heard nothing from Rothko & Frost, I have never received an email stating it had been posted. They did not reply to my emails, and I cannot get through to them on the phone. First time I have used this company, will not use again, the customer service in my experience is non existant. I will amend this review if I ever receive my microplane Managed to get a response on the 23rd December, and they sent out another microplane. It arrived on the 30th December. Good item, this was the only place in the UK that stocked it, but obviously not happy with the service I received
