Excellent resole service! Shoes came back looking and feeling fantastic on the wall.

I recently had my climbing shoes resoles including a rind fix. This company offered a great service, they offered my advice before I sent off my shoes then the turn around time for completing the work was very quick. The resole is very professional and the rind fix is brilliant (especially given that I probably left it a bit late). Id highly recommend this company.

Seen their flyer at my local climbing wall offering pick up and drop off and that was a huge plus. I got my solutions resoled and a new rand. slight problem with them at first but after talking to Ethan everything was resolved and the shoes feel and perform great

First time I have had shoes re-soled (new ones are just so expensive now). I decided to use REUP as you can drop off at Boulder Exe. Process is multi-step - website and pay separately, but once you know its simple enough. Great communication from Ethan to confirm the order. Took a week or so - and they did a brilliant job. The soles and rand look exactly as they did when the shoes were new. The soles seem well finished and after a single climb this is well worth the money. I have heard it said re-soled shoes are better than new - as they are already moulded to your feet - and then have new rubber. I'd say that is certainly true with these. Thanks so much.

Process is fairly seamless. Refurbed shoes are great after first climb with them. Ethan has been really friendly/helpful throughout. Would use next time + recommend. 10/10 :)

Had a pair of scarpa instinct lace ups done by Ethan. Excellent job restored to like new... well the soles at least. On of the best jobs I have had done and I have had a lot of shoes done over the years. Communication was great to and the centre drop off and collection is really practical.

I found out about reup resoles when they came to the climbing wall at Green Spider in Hereford. They collected my shoes from the climbing wall and delivered them back to my home in just over a week. What a great service! I was really pleased with the results, as you can see I'd worn my shoes right through. The shoes look as good as new, nice sharp edges, a decent amount of rubber on the sole and around the toe. Top quality job! This was all for less than a third of what a new pair of Dragos would have cost me, and I know these are going to fit straight from the go. I'll definitely use this service again. Fast, efficient and an excellent result.

Since receiving the shoes back I've had a few sessions and the new rubber feels excellent! More than happy with the job Reup has done. I'd highly recommend, and have been recommending, to any one in need of shoe repairs! I will definitely be using the service again.

Dropped off my pair of Scarpa instinct lace that had seen better days and received them back as good as new. Easy to tell they've been trained in italy as the craftsmanship is excellent (just missing that Ferrari red finish). The shoes feel precise on the wall again thanks to ReUp. I would recommend and it sure beats them going to landfill.
