Went in for a flash design by Steph and it was an amazing service and end product. She has a plethora of unique and artistic designs befitting her style and makes you feel welcomed and calm. She took great care in ensuring the tattoo came out as good as can be whilst also being amazing value for money.

I had a fantastic experience at Astral Ink! I booked an appointment with Loren for an initial chat about what design I wanted and then we arranged a date for the tattoo to be done. She incorporated all the key things I wanted into the design, and changed a few details on the day for me until the design was perfect. The studio experience itself is wonderful, with chill music and calm vibes, and Loren herself is a joy to be around, she made the time fly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Everything in there is absolutely spotless and Loren and Steph should be proud of the wonderful space they’ve made. I didn’t eat enough before the first evening session and Loren was extremely patient with me when I went dizzy and had to take a breather, she gave me sweets to boost my sugar and even offered to pop to the shops for me which was hugely appreciated as I haven’t sat for a tattoo that long before. Needless to say I ate plenty of sugar for my second session and didn’t have any issues! Loren gave excellent aftercare advice, and my tattoo has healed wonderfully. I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the autumn/winter! 😍

I had my first Tattoo with Loren in September, which I was equally excited for and nervous about. I knew what I wanted, but had no idea how to put the elements together in a way that was unique but also paid homage the inspiration. Loren managed to take my fairly chaotic collage of ideas and put them together into a design that I love. Right from the beginning I was made to feel welcome - it's a really laid back and friendly atmosphere. Loren is patient, accommodating and evidently cares about her work. We spent the bulk of our sessions chatting and having a laugh, and it genuinely feels like being tattooed by a friend. Loren and Steph have just moved to their new place in Ross-on-Wye and are already making the place their own. They're both lovely, and fantastic artists even outside of tattooing. I'd happily recommend them to anyone - and I'm already thinking about the next one!

I found Steph on insta, loved her style.. she was just so lovely from the beginning! We had such a great chat at the initial consultation & she took all of my inspirations and made her own divine version for my tattoo. Our actual session was magic, Steph is so sweet, gave me breaks (& tea)! She kept me totally at ease. She’s a gorgeous person inside & out, and I can’t wait for the new shop to open- they are the type of artists you need on the high street!! Totally would recommend, LOVE how my tattoo moves around my shoulder, she did an amazing job <3

I recently had two tattoos done by Loren and she's without doubt the most talented tattoo artist I've ever met. I'd booked a meeting with her to talk about what I was hoping for, which was so important, it made me feel really happy that I was going to end up with something really special, and very reassured after some horrible experiences in other places where you're just another customer. She came up with a beautiful design to cover an awful tattoo I had on my lower leg and had mostly been lasered off, something I've hated for years but now can't wait to show off to everyone. Her art is amazing and so intuitive, she took so much time to create a design I fell in love with instantly. The studio is light, airy, spotlessly clean and above all a welcoming and friendly space. She's both really professional and friendly, I can't wait to have more work done and can't recommend her highly enough. I'm so happy to have met her!

What a JOY to spend time with Loren and have my tattoo with her. She is an incredible designer and artist who listens to what you want carefully and makes sure you are happy with the end result. The studio is beautiful, relaxed and very very clean. Aftercare was very carefully explained and I healed quickly and easily. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my new tattoo. There is magic in those hands!
